Submissions in category 1 (regular papers) or 2 (late breaking papers) must not have been published or be under review for a journal or for another conference.

They should be submitted in the Springer LNCS format, following Springer LNCS author instructions,

Long (short) papers must not exceed 12 (6) pages, including title page, references and figures.

Papers in category 3 (recently published papers) should be submitted in their original format and the authors should indicate the original publication venue.

All Paper submissions will be electronic through the ILP 2017 easychair site (currently closed, will be open no later than 1rst April 2017, now closed)

A special issue of a journal is planned following the conference. It will be opened to everyone. This special issue welcomes conference submissions from all the three categories above, which should be significantly revised and extended to meet the journal criteria. They will be reviewed by the Program Committee.
